This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with 2-3 days in-office at 60 Madison Avenue. We’re seeking a full-time Senior Product Manager reporting to the Sr. Director of Product, focusing on our customer data and analytics portal. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand HR Leaders, Payer Benefits Leaders, and key buyers' needs. Your role involves translating complex data into insights, partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists to develop impactful products. If you thrive in ambiguity, love data storytelling, and are passionate about solving customer problems, this role is for you. Some travel (<25%) is expected, and remote candidates on east coast hours are welcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Strategy & Roadmap for Customer Data & Analytics
- Define and execute strategy and roadmap for our analytics portal to deliver impactful insights and visualizations.
- Develop understanding of customer needs across HR Leaders, Payer Benefits Leaders, and buyers.
- Understand member and provider journeys within Spring Health and the behavioral health ecosystem to inform data solutions.
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on feedback and data.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, & Cross-Functional Teams
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to demonstrate the value of data and analytics.
- Advocate for customer-focused solutions that improve experiences and operational efficiencies.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams to address customer pain points.
- Present insights on the competitive landscape and user behavior to guide product decisions.
- Execute & Deliver High-Impact Products
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build solutions that transform data into insights.
- Refine development processes for timely delivery of impactful features.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- High adoption and engagement with reporting and analytics solutions.
- High customer satisfaction with reporting solutions.
- A well-defined, 12-month rolling product roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs.
- Rapid delivery with continuous iteration based on feedback and experimentation.
What We Expect From You
- 5+ years in product management at a tech-driven organization with data science, engineering, and design teams, preferably in healthcare or HR analytics.
- Experience shipping B2B2C products that drive high win rates, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Experience engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, present roadmaps, and demo products.
- Ability to articulate insights from raw data and tell compelling data stories.
- Experience planning and running sprint ceremonies, motivating teams around high-value areas.
- Proven success building enterprise products, developing inspiring roadmaps, and delivering ROI.
- Empathy for customer needs and a user-centered approach.
- Analytical mindset with experience in hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing.
- Track record of owning product features, defining strategies, and meeting KPIs.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing tactical and strategic work.
- Resilience to change and ability to handle detailed trade-offs across the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional product judgment and prioritization skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in health tech or HR analytics platforms.
- Quantitative background (math, stats, CS, engineering).
- Master’s degree or MBA.
The target salary range is $172,400 - $215,500, with a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Salary varies based on experience, location, and other factors. We review compensation annually using the Radford Global Compensation Database.Benefits Provided by Spring Health
