Job summary

Kraken is seeking a seasoned product leader to drive engagement and loyalty across its consumer platforms. You will define strategy, own key metrics, and guide end-to-end lifecycle initiatives for mobile and web experiences.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to experiment, optimize funnels, and personalize journeys using segmentation. This role emphasizes data-informed decisions, growth loops, and cross-functional influence in a fast-paced crypto/fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a focus on engagement or lifecycle growth
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Experience launching engagement features such as notifications or loyalty programs

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for engagement and loyalty
• Own metrics like retention, session frequency, and LTV
• Lead full lifecycle development from discovery to launch
• Design growth loops, gamification, rewards to boost usage
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics to run A/B tests
• Partner with Marketing and Lifecycle for targeted campaigns
• Develop client segmentation to personalize journeys
• Align goals with Consumer and Pro segments
