Kraken is seeking a Product Manager II to lead fraud and account takeover prevention within a major crypto exchange. You will own the strategy and delivery of secure, compliant financial infrastructure in a globally remote environment.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Operations to balance user experience with risk mitigation, and you’ll translate complex systems into clear requirements for engineering teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fraud, crypto, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex API-based integrations.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements for engineering and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own fraud and account takeover strategy and roadmap.
• Revamp fraud case management systems.
• Design API-based integrations with third-party vendors and internal risk systems.
• Draft technical specifications for risk detection and monitoring.
