Dandy is transforming the dental industry with technology and is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead Crown and Bridge experiences, from interactive design previews to chairside AI generation. You will partner with design, engineering, operations and leadership to shape the roadmap and deliver high-impact software and hardware experiences for dental practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management for software products.
• Experience with hardware-software integrated products.
• Ability to translate clinician needs into clear specs quickly.
• End-user empathy in dental/health tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for Crown & Bridge.
• Lead cross-functional teams (CAD Eng, ML, UX, Manufacturing).
• Manage full lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration.
• Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Measure impact and refine based on data and feedback.
