Job summary

Fidelity Institutional is seeking a Product Manager to lead a delivery team focused on reimagining the Salesforce experience for its distribution, relationship management, and specialist teams. You will align business needs with technology, drive roadmap prioritization, and manage the product backlog to deliver measurable business value.

The role requires extensive experience in product leadership and Salesforce strategy, with strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product leadership, management, product development, or strategy.
• Ability to define and evolve the Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and backlog, leveraging stakeholder input, customer feedback, and data insights to prioritize capabilities that drive business outcomes
• Ability to use customer feedback, business insights, and user adoption trends to evaluate product performance and identify enhancement opportunities
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and manage the product backlog
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and influence decision making across business and technology organizations in a complex stakeholder environment
• Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams while influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships and relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive informed decisions
• Experience leveraging Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems and deliver measurable business value
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
