Qualifications

• 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast growing tech or fintech environments.
• 2+ years of experience in credit and arrears management is a must.
• Strong product instincts with a data-driven decision mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for the credit servicing and collections team.
• Lead platform-scale execution with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance.
• Operate with a data- and experimentation-first mindset, defining success metrics and applying AI-forward development.
