Job summary

Audible is seeking a Head of Creator Technologies in Cambridge, MA to lead strategy, product, and execution for emerging creator technologies. You will drive innovation across Audible Creator eXchange (ACX) and partner with Amazon teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions for creators.

The role reports to the CTO and requires building a high-performing team, aligning with Audible’s mission and culture, and ensuring delivery excellence across global creator products.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of leading software engineering teams; 3+ years managing managers.
• Experience designing and coding scalable, low-latency services.
• Experience prioritizing, developing, and delivering new features.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and lead product and delivery of emerging creator technologies.
• Lead bold, innovative creator solutions at strategic and tactical levels.
• Own tool decisions, implementation, resources, roadmaps, and remediation.
• Manage full SDLC in an Agile environment with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Legal, and Amazon teams.
