You will lead cross-functional teams, define 1-2 year strategy, run experiments, and measure streamer success with key metrics. This role empowers you to shape how millions of creators connect with communities, across devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager driving consumer-facing products at scale.
• Experience with mobile apps or creator/community tools.
• Understanding of creator needs and community dynamics.
• Experience with monetization products balancing creator earnings with user experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for interactive commerce products for streamers.
• Drive 1-2 year vision and prioritization for features like Bits and community engagement.
• Own core metrics: streamer earnings, viewer engagement, mobile conversion and retention.
• Run experiments to test features and improve outcomes for creators and communities.
• Lead mobile-first product strategy for seamless mobile engagement and monetization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community teams.
• Champion streamer-first thinking to boost creator earnings and channel growth.
