Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building consumer-facing products at scale, especially mobile apps or creator tools.
• Knowledge of monetization models and balancing creator earnings with viewer experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders.
• Experience defining 1-2 year strategies and executing ambitious roadmaps.
• Familiarity with live streaming, gaming, or the broader creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for interactive commerce products, delivering quick wins while building scalable infrastructure.
• Own the 1–2 year vision and prioritize interactive features for streamer engagement and monetization.
• Define core streamer success metrics: interaction rates, creator earnings, viewer engagement, mobile conversion, retention.
• Run experiments to test new features and improve outcomes for streamers and communities.
• Drive mobile-first product strategy to enable seamless mobile engagement and monetization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Research, and Community teams to deliver successful products.
• Champion streamer-first thinking to enhance creator earnings and channel growth.
