Job summary

VSCO is seeking an ambitious Senior Product Manager to craft new product experiences that help photographers monetize their work within the VSCO Economy. You will identify opportunities, validate ideas, and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal and Finance to scale a platform that supports creators' businesses.

Influential storytelling and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

5-8 years as a full-time Product Manager in the creator economy.
Experience building payout infrastructure (Stripe Connect, PayPal Payouts).
Experience with monetization design and take-rate tradeoffs.
Delivery of infrastructure-heavy work with engineering collaboration.
Understanding of KYC and payout compliance with legal/finance.
Strong product strategy and cross-functional leadership.
Excellent communication and storytelling.
Startup environment ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction and roadmap for VSCO Economy.
Understand workflows and economic needs of photographers.
Oversee delivery of innovative products and workflows for users and VSCO.
Lead discovery to validate problems, willingness to pay, and business viability.
Engage with customers to gather insights and inform direction.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, spec writing, data analysis, and decisions.
Create prototypes or automations using AI-powered no-code tools.
Clarify ambiguous problems and align executives with strategy.
Manage scope and priorities across multiple inputs.
Shape future business lines and collaborate across teams.
