Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Community growth to identify opportunities and build high-impact products that strengthen the connection between streamers and viewers. You’ll focus on helping viewers engage with communities daily and drive agile innovation across initiatives.

Your work will involve collaborating with product design, engineering, data science, and product marketing to translate customer needs into scalable solutions and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with consumer-facing growth or notifications.
• Proven ability to drive growth through experimentation and data-informed decisions.
• Strong analytical skills balancing quantitative insights with product intuition.
• Track record in defining strategy and delivering in a fast-moving cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and build high impact products for community engagement.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to drive results.
• Define and execute strategic plans for growth initiatives 2–3 years out.
