The Senior Product Manager, Cost and Coverage owns the end-to-ended financial front door for members from understanding the cost of care to collecting payment from members upfront or providing financing options where needed, and ensuring the post-encounter Explanation of Benefits is simple and accurately matches the cost estimate provided. This role defines the product strategy, vision, and value proposition of Highmark's cost transparency and coverage experiences. The ideal candidate outlines the strategic vision and business case, gains alignment and support from key strategic partners and stakeholders, and oversees execution of that vision, while also coaching and guiding junior team members.

This is a business product development role, not a technology product role. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to independently develop business cases is required.
