Capital One is seeking a Sr Manager, Product Management - Core HR in New York to lead strategy and roadmap for Core HR products. You will partner with Tech and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled self-service experiences for associates and HR teams.

You will drive prioritization, build prototypes, and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure successful launches and measurable value for Capita l One. The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and transformational results.

Competenze

• Degree in a quantitative field or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of Product Management experience if only a bachelor’s degree.

• Create a broader strategy and build out a roadmap for Core HR products.
• Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with partner groups.
• Build prototypes and partner with Tech to deliver world-class experiences for Capital One associates and HR business teams.
