Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or complex digital products.
• Ability to translate user, business, and technical needs into actionable product plans.
• Strong discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, experimentation, and metrics-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes for core UpToDate experience and access-related capabilities.
• Develop understanding of how clinicians, care teams, admins, and enterprise customers access UpToDate across web and mobile.
• Identify opportunities to improve registration, login, authentication, SSO, account, identity, and entitlement workflows.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and customer-facing teams to support scalable access and identity experiences.
• Lead discovery and prioritization for core product improvements focusing on usability, accessibility, reliability, and product quality.
• Manage roadmap priorities balancing evolution with customer requests, accessibility, operational improvements, and platform dependencies.
• Shape consistent product experiences across UpToDate web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements, decisions, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with UX, analytics, engineering, commercial, customer success, and implementation teams from discovery through launch.
• Use customer conversations and product analytics to inform direction and measure impact.
• Make product decisions balancing user value, accessibility, security, cost, risk, and business impact.
• Communicate priorities, rationale, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs across teams.
