Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in healthcare or enterprise software.
• Own meaningful product areas and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Strong discovery and execution skills with metrics-driven decisions.
• Translate complex needs into practical product plans and intuitive experiences.
• Technical fluency around access, identity, entitlements, or related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes for core UpToDate experience and access features.
• Develop deep understanding of how clinicians and enterprise customers access UpToDate across web and mobile.
• Identify opportunities to improve registration, login, authentication, SSO, identity, and entitlement workflows.
• Partner with engineering, UX, security, analytics, and other teams to deliver scalable, customer-ready experiences.
• Lead discovery and prioritization for improvements that enhance usability, accessibility, reliability, and product quality.
