Job summary

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Sr. Business Product Manager I to support day-to-day Product Lifecycle activities.

You will gather and prioritize business requirements, translate them into product specifications, and work in an agile team across design, engineering, and QA to enhance Marketing Operations and Financial workflows. The role focuses on maximizing automation, improving efficiency, and enabling the Title Greenlighting process.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of product management experience

Responsibilities

Contribute to the product roadmap and quantify value
Lead engagements to define business requirements and translate into product specs
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver product enhancements
Manage backlog prioritization and ensure alignment with product strategy
Support go-to-market plans, user acceptance testing, and stakeholder communications
Prepare leadership summaries and presentations
Drive process alignment and standardization
Ensure regulatory compliance including SOX and audits
Maintain documentation for configurations and solutions
