Job summary

ASML US, LLC in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Process Window Enhancement team to own the product definition, market strategy and roadmap for next-generation computational lithography solutions.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts with R&D, product engineering and sales, engage with semiconductor customers worldwide, define release scope, and manage budgets, ROIs and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor industry.
• 3+ years in product marketing and management with lithography, metrology and process control.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth areas and drive product definition, design and development.
• Acquire deep customer knowledge and translate requirements into the roadmap.
• Own product requirements, market validation and roadmaps with business cases.
• Define feature priorities and release scope with R&D, product engineering, QA and PM.
• Develop budgets, expenditures, ROI projections and profitability analyses.
• Develop and execute product business plan and monitor market trends.
• Define rollout and engagement plans with product engineering and account teams.
