Fireblocks Inc. seeks a Sr. Product Manager with a strong engineering background to lead collateral management within our Financial Services team.

You will align technical capabilities with market needs, define requirements, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and data analysts to deliver scalable solutions. You will own the roadmap for margin and collateral workflows, drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch, and influence product strategy in a complex regulatory environment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Direct experience with collateral management.
• Experience shipping software/financial products.
• Comprehensive understanding of Crypto Custody and Wallet management.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and improve products.

Responsabilités

• Drive product development from conception to launch for collateral management capabilities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, operations and legal.
• Oversee and guide the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives, including margin/collateral workflows, that align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact.
• Create and maintain the roadmap/milestones with strategic priorities in mind.
• Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, balancing user needs with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Deliver detailed product requirement documents and design; propose implementation plans; iterate on feedback; and ship products promptly.
• Act as a key decision-maker in defining product requirements and specifications for collateral and margin-related products, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and deliver tangible value to users.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects appropriately.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and ensure requirements were understood and implemented as requested.
• Analyze product performance data, create product competition analysis, market research, and maintain the product’s competitive advantage.
