TeamSnap is hiring a Senior Product Designer to craft experiences that connect parents, coaches and players. You will partner with product and engineering to drive features from discovery to execution, shaping a scalable design system and ensuring consistency across web and mobile products.

You’ll bring 4+ years in product design, a design or HCI degree, a strong portfolio, and proven collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Remote, with generous rewards.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing digital products.
Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent.
Experience in web and app development; B2B and B2C experience is a plus.
Strong online portfolio showing UX methods and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design high-impact, intuitive experiences across platforms.
Conduct user research and translate insights into requirements.
