Job summary

ProdataKey (PDK) seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the software platform, cloud-based access control, and mobile apps. You will lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, UX, and security teams to define and execute the product roadmap from ideation to delivery.

You will set OKRs, use analytics to drive adoption and retention, and develop go-to-market strategies while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, IS, Business, or Marketing).
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience for software as a service or security-related products.
• Proven track record of defining, managing, delivering, and discontinuing products with attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience using product analytics and KPI-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for the software portfolio.
• Set OKRs and KPIs; measure adoption, engagement, retention, and performance.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and design to drive development from concept to delivery.
• Define features, specifications, and go-to-market plans; communicate value and rationale.
• Publish product requirements centrally and reflect customer feedback for continuous improvement.
