Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in California seeks a seasoned product leader to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Cloud Provider and Hyperscaler segment, serving Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers as well as emerging Neoclouds. You will bridge corporate strategy with R&D and GTM to shape the portfolio and drive adoption.

The role requires strong technical and business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate market needs into practical product plans

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product management in IP networking.
• Expertise on network HW, Systems, and/or network ASICs.
• Proven track record of developing and executing complex strategies across multiple technology domains.
• Ability to analyze competitor products and business strategies in Hyperscalers, Cloud, and Neocloud markets.
• Strong customer orientation used to develop and validate product/solution requirements and build business plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HW and system NPI programs leveraging expertise in HW systems and network ASICs.
• Drive the Cloud Customer segment platforms strategy, product definition, and program execution.
• Support fast-moving cloud customer needs and pursue significant opportunities with Tier 1/Tier 2 Cloud customers and Neoclouds building AI clusters.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and systems engineering to translate market requirements into engineering product requirements.
• Manage requirements and drive engineering commitments in close partnership with various sales teams.
• Perform market and competitive assessment.
• Generate sales and product collateral.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Build and expand relationships with service provider and cloud customers.
