Job summary

Mastercam is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Cloud & AI Transformation, to guide the migration from desktop CAD/CAM to a cloud-based, service-rich platform.

You will partner with Engineering, Product, and business teams to define a product roadmap, set the service strategy, and drive AI-enabled workflows and automation across Mastercam ecosystems. You will lead cross-functional teams through modernization, establish telemetry and data pipelines, and ensure integration with Sandvik and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• MBA preferred or equivalent.
• 15+ years in product management or transformation leadership in software/industrial tech.
• 5+ years leading teams of Product Owners/Managers.
• Proven desktop-to-cloud migration or major modernization experience.
• Cloud architectures (Azure/AWS), SaaS models, and AI/ML product integration.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for cloud transformation aligned with customer needs, priorities, and engineering direction.
• Partner with engineering to define service strategy, modernization phases, and hybrid delivery capabilities.
• Drive modular Add-On architecture to accelerate feature delivery and ecosystem partnerships.
• Lead with AI/ML teams to embed AI-powered workflows and automation in Mastercam workflows.
• Establish telemetry, analytics, and data pipelines for continuous improvement and learning.
• Set measurable KPIs for cloud adoption, AI feature engagement, and customer value.
