Job summary

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for its casino management systems portfolio. You will shape product strategy, own the roadmap, and align commercial and development teams to drive growth.

You will interact with senior management, lead market research and launch planning, and help expand market share by delivering customer-focused product evolution. This role centers on enterprise software in a casino operations context.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
Track record in software product management for enterprise solutions.
Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
Strong analytical skills and financial modelling literacy.
Clear, senior-level communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Champion new products and ideas considering market factors, risk, and complexity.
Communicate execution plans and roadmaps to executive leadership.
Define product positioning and value messaging for commercialization teams.
Establish strategic roadmaps with senior product and development leaders.
Lead customer validation, market feedback, and stakeholder engagements.
Be a thought-leader to elevate the Aristocrat product portfolio.
Perform other duties as assigned.
