Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Bellevue, WA (hybrid: in-office at least 3 days/week) to lead care and retail experiences across brands. You will guide digital product development from concept to launch, collaborating with engineers, designers, researchers, marketers and business teams.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, customer-centric problem solving, and building scalable roadmaps in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, engineering or equivalent.
• Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product management in an agile environment.
• 4–7 years leading teams of 5+ resources.
• Strong lifecycle management and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, plans and outcomes across postpaid and prepaid journeys.
• Align product strategy with brand goals across T-Mobile and Metro.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing and Business teams.
• Own lifecycle management of multiple products for both brands.
• Oversee roadmap execution across acquisition, upgrade and cross-sell journeys.
• Coach Product Management teams to ensure delivery of brand-aligned experiences.
