Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management, Care and Retail in a hybrid role located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. You’ll lead a team driving in-store and Care experiences, guiding development from concept to launch across both postpaid and Metro brands.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching a high-performing PM team to deliver brand-aligned experiences while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Product Lifecycle Management experience delivering large/complex initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and non-technical leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze product usage data.
• Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, plans, and outcomes across postpaid and prepaid journeys for T-Mobile and Metro brands.
• Align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, Business) to evolve digital selling experiences.
• Evaluate trends and competitive positioning to inform roadmap innovation for Care and Retail.
• Own lifecycle management of multiple products and roadmap execution across acquisition, upgrade, and cross-sell journeys.
• Develop change management strategies to cascade vision across product teams and priorities.
• Coach and guide Product Management teams for effective delivery of brand-aligned experiences.
• Coordinate budget and vendor collaboration to enhance efficiency and cost management.
