Job summary

Spotify in New York is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end book experiences across discovery, conversion, listening, and creator tooling. You will coordinate across content pipelines, surfaces, and creator tooling to make books work seamlessly on Spotify.

You will work with Design, Engineering, and Product Insights to drive improvements, guided by listener behavior, creator needs, and market trends, with a focus on cross-surface coherence and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience across multiple surfaces and dependencies.
• Uses analytics, A/B testing, and user research to guide decisions.
• Able to translate between consumer, pipeline, and creator perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategy across core book experiences and creator tooling.
• Partner with cross-Spotify teams to create a coherent end-to-end book experience.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and PM to improve discovery, conversion, listening.
• Conduct and use research to understand listener behavior and market trends.
• Use analytics to identify and prioritize opportunities across the book ecosystem.
• Define and track metrics, linking pipeline health to listener outcomes.
• Identify friction points and advocate improvements across the book ecosystem.
