Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management across consumer media at scale.
• Deep knowledge of books, podcasts, and music markets.
• Experience delivering mobile-first interfaces on iOS/Android.
• Ability to build scalable systems enabling faster delivery.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI tools in product development workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead product vision and strategy across Spotify's formats (books, podcasts, music).
• Define and evolve the user experience across the content journey—from discovery to retention.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into product innovations that drive growth.
• Drive multimodal and cross-format experiences connecting listening and reading.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and other teams to ship high-quality experiences.
• Use data, experiments, and insights to inform decisions and improve experiences.
• Align stakeholders across Core Experience and Personalization for a cohesive product.
• Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives end to end with clear scope and delivery.
• Mentor product managers and raise the bar for product craft.
