Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and own end-to-end outcomes for our Invoicing Solution. This remote role partners with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to deliver scalable billing capabilities across a warehouse network.

You will own the lifecycle from vision to post-launch evaluation, set KPIs, and drive cross-team alignment. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience including leadership across multiple teams.
• Experience owning end-to-end product outcomes from strategy to execution.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development.
• Experience with enterprise billing or finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas and services.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Customer Care and Engineering to align priorities and communicate the product vision.
• Analyze user feedback and billing exceptions to inform requirements and features.
• Define and monitor KPIs for billing accuracy, timeliness, and value realization.
• Lead cross-team planning and manage dependencies across delivery streams.
• Mentor Product Managers and advance discovery, delivery, and Agile practices.
