Phorest is seeking experienced Product Managers to shape products for hair, beauty and medspa professionals. You will work with Design, Engineering and Data to convert insights into meaningful improvements, owning end-to-end product areas with clear roadmaps.

You’ll mentor others, balance strategic and practical delivery, and influence decisions across squads, functions, and regions. This is a remote-friendly role that rewards impact and measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience with successful launches and outcomes.
• Strong customer empathy and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Strategic thinker connecting product decisions to company strategy and outcomes.
• Trusted leader by influence across senior stakeholders and teams.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Design to trade off ideas and deliver outcomes.

• Own a product area end-to-end with strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Lead discovery through customer talks, data analysis, experiments and validation.
• Balance customer value, business value and feasibility; communicate trade-offs and risks clearly.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Success, Support and Marketing to align readiness and adoption.
• Track adoption, outcomes and ROI post-launch to ensure impact.
