Phorest Salon Software is seeking an Australia-based Product Marketing Manager to own local go-to-market and adoption. You will translate global product capabilities into compelling Australian customer narratives, working with regional Sales, CS, and Education teams to enable success and drive revenue.

You will plug into established launch playbooks, lead regional readiness, and ensure local teams are equipped with client-facing materials before features go live.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product marketing or equivalent B2B/Vertical SaaS experience.
• Experience marketing to distinct niche audiences with different user motivations.
• Hands-on across the product marketing lifecycle: research, positioning, messaging, launch planning, and sales enablement.
• Proficient in Looker or similar BI tools to track adoption and funnel metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify jargon for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic voice of the Australian customer, conducting direct outreach to understand day-to-day operations and pain points.
• Own how products are positioned in Australia, translating global features into local customer narratives.
• Partner with regional Sales, CS, and Education teams to enable regional go-to-market efforts and sales readiness.
• Lead regional go-to-market execution for product releases, coordinating with Product Ops and other regions to meet milestones.
• Experiment with new communication formats and delivery methods to improve engagement and adoption.
