Job summary

Flexera is seeking a product-focused technical professional to help shape the Ocean service roadmap. You will own discovery, work with customers, and align engineering, GTM, marketing, and support to deliver high-value outcomes.

In this role you will leverage data and experiments to understand customer needs and communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, driving action and ensuring reliable SaaS delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience across DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, FinOps, or Product Management.
• Demonstrable experience with demanding customers in B2B SaaS and full product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant part of the Ocean service.
• Prioritize, plan, coordinate, and release innovative products for customers with 99.99% availability SLAs.
• Go deep into product discovery to understand customer challenges through direct engagement and research.
• Use data analysis and experimentation to become an expert on your customers' needs.
