Job summary

Coupa is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Coupa Expenses team to drive innovative product initiatives and improve adoption across a global customer base. You will partner with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Success to shape scope and delivery, and build dashboards for internal visibility into usage and health.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in B2B SaaS or fintech, strong analytical skills, and the ability to convert feedback into prioritized product requirements while leading

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous requirements through delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using dashboards/reporting tools to drive decisions.
• Proven track record resolving complex customer issues and driving improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design and requirements across cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, UX, Platform, and Success teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards for Product, Growth, Leadership showing adoption and customer health.
• Serve as SME for customer escalations, diagnosing issues with Support, Services, and Engineering.
• Translate customer feedback and usage data into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Conduct competitive market analysis domestically and internationally.
• Support enablement activities like webinars, training, and documentation.
