Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical for AWS Payments and Fraud Prevention in Seattle. You will define and drive cross-group initiatives shaping the AWS payment infrastructure and lifecycle, partnering with engineering, legal, UX, and external partners to launch scalable payment solutions.

You’ll lead multi-year programs, draft narratives, and communicate with executives to align priorities across payment operations, fraud prevention, and platform infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product initiatives.
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience with executive-level prioritization and planning.
• 5+ years of P&L management and pricing experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive payment acceptance across AWS geographies.
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories.
• Support AWS payments and data compliance programs.
• Work closely with engineering and partner teams to deliver platform improvements.
• Align with Accounting, Fintech, and Amazon Consumer Payments on priorities.
• Identify and resolve strategic issues affecting goals.
• Develop requirements from customer needs for growth and scaling.
• Build consensus across PM, Eng, and Biz Dev on shared goals.
• Leverage AI to enhance customer experience and operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year initiatives.
