Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the strategic product vision for its Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio. You will steer live initiatives, drive 0-to-1 features, and partner with engineering, design, marketing, and executives to deliver measurable ROI for modern enterprises.

You will combine business acumen with technical rigor, owning feature scope from discovery through delivery, and ensuring cross-functional alignment in a remote, global team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with leadership and delivering ROI.
• Experience in cybersecurity or offensive security products.
• Proven ability to lead continuous discovery and translate user needs into requirements.
• Ability to manage autonomous/continuous security solutions and vulnerability workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Autonomous and Continuous pentesting.
• Lead customer discovery and market validation for high-impact problems.
• Drive end-to-end feature ownership from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
• Challenge processes, implement scalable product practices, align across teams.
