Cobalt is a leading provider of autonomous and continuous pentesting, helping enterprises secure software at scale. The Senior Technical Product Manager will shape the product vision and drive 0-to-1 features across the portfolio.

You will combine business acumen with technical rigor, leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment to deliver measurable security outcomes and strong ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with strategic leadership and ROI delivery.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity products and preferably 3+ years in offensive security.
• Experience in continuous product discovery and user research.
• Experience driving autonomous or continuous security offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and ROI for the Autonomous and Continuous pentesting portfolio.
• Lead continuous customer discovery and market validation to identify high-impact problems.
• End-to-end feature ownership from ideation to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
• Proactively challenge inefficient workflows and implement scalable product processes.
• Maintain executive visibility into roadmap progress with clear updates and metrics.
• Serve as the internal SME on autonomous security, AI-driven techniques, and pentesting workflows.
• Define and monitor success criteria and customer outcomes with data-driven decisions.
