Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the strategic product vision for its Autonomous and Continuous Pentesting portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive 0-to-1 feature development, and ensure ROI across the platform, blending business acumen with technical rigor for modern enterprises.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, challenge workflows, and communicate transparently with engineers, design, marketing, and executives to deliver measurable security

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with leadership and ROI delivery.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity products and preferably 3+ years in offensive security.
• Experience with continuous product discovery and user research.
• Experience driving autonomous or continuous security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Autonomous and Continuous pentesting.
• Lead continuous customer discovery and market validation to identify high-impact problems.
• Translate user needs into actionable product requirements.
• Take full ownership from ideation to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
• Challenge inefficient workflows and implement scalable product processes.
• Maintain executive visibility into roadmap progress and metrics.
• Serve as SME on continuous vulnerability management and AI-driven security techniques.
