Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Global Authentication & Identity team. You will drive the authentication modernization strategy, rapidly assimilate technical aspects of Visa's 3DS solutions, and partner with technology and regional teams to advance the product vision globally.

You will work with 3DS ecosystem stakeholders to ensure system resilience and lead initiatives across strategy, development, data science, delivery, and operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
• CSM and CSPO Agile certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct product strategy from conception through implementation.
• Identify new business and market opportunities and develop business plans.
• Determine product market requirements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Serve as a central resource interacting with systems, marketing, and sales during product development.
• Formulate and execute long‑term plans for cost and profit control.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, UX design, data science, and risk teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant product delivery.
• Work with regional product teams to ensure global strategies are actionable and locally relevant.
