Job summary

Fexa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Asset Intelligence products within our Fexa platform. You will support one to two engineering pods and shape product-line roadmaps tied to business outcomes.

This is a strategic ownership role focusing on asset data foundations, AI-enabled capabilities, and revenue growth across multi-site facilities management. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, data, design, sales, and CS to translate complex concepts into measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Product Management with end-to-end launches.
• Experience shipping data-heavy platform products end to end; AI products a strong plus.
• Active practitioner of AI in workflow; uses AI tools daily.
• Proven ability to manage multi-product-line portfolios with shared engineering capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and experimentation mindset; turning ambiguity into measurable work.
• B2B SaaS background; CMMS, field service, or facilities management experience is a plus.
• Asset management or data-platform domain experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Asset Foundation: Set strategy for asset capabilities across the platform and align investments.
• Drive Multi-Product Roadmaps: Build and manage roadmaps across one or more pods and ensure strategic trade-offs.
• Specify & Ship: Write PRDs with clear definitions, epics and stories; collaborate with engineering and UX for high-value outcomes.
• Measure & Iterate: Define success metrics and tie outcomes to revenue goals.
• Communicate Across Audiences: Present to executives and align cross-functional teams.
• Allocate Resources: Manage resource allocation across pods and balance priorities.
• Scan the Horizon: Track AI trends and turn market signals into product bets.
