Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Product Management to own and shape product direction for Pearson Professional Assessments, focusing on exam authoring, item banking, test assembly, and publishing. • Proven track record as an individual contributor product manager, leading initiatives from strategy to release with measurable outcomes.
• Strong discovery skills: interviews, usability sessions, validate problems before committing to solutions.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or emerging technologies to support governance, quality and defensible outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design in iterative delivery models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Data-informed with defined metrics, measurement planning, and usage signals guiding direction.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional alignment.
