Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Product Management to own product direction for exam authoring, item banking, test assembly, and publishing capabilities. You will translate customer and market needs into a clear vision, roadmap, and backlog for agile delivery teams, balancing governance, security, and assessment integrity in a high-stakes domain.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an individual contributor product manager.
• Strong discovery skills with interviews and usability sessions.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted workflows in product work.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design in iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define value propositions and outcome-driven goals for your scope.
• Plan measurement upfront with leading and lagging indicators.
