Pearson is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Product Management to own and shape product direction for Pearson Professional Assessments, focusing on exam authoring, item banking, test assembly, and publishing capabilities. You will translate customer needs into a clear product vision and backlog for agile delivery, balancing governance and AI-enabled improvements.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and stakeholders to drive strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes

Formación

• Proven track record as an individual contributor PM delivering complex initiatives.
• Strong discovery skills including interviews and usability sessions.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design in iterative delivery.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
