We are working with a highly successful SaaS company looking to hire a Senior/Lead Product Manager to own the product org for a recently acquired startup.

Day to day, the Senior/Lead Product Manager will be working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, leading the product org for a start-up that was recently acquired by a $45M ARR business. Your key responsibilities will include taking ownership of the ongoing development of their product suite, data-driven decision-making, and optimizing user experiences that directly impact business outcomes.

You'll have a deep understanding of key PLG frameworks and have driven success across all key metrics - activation, retention, and revenue. You are extremely data-centric, curious, collaborative, resilient and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key skills and background required:

• 5+ years of product management experience building B2B or B2C SaaS products at scale.
• 2+ years experience as a Technical PM or have solid API Integrations experience (development and administration of these).
• Strong experience working in PLG environments and self-serve products.
• A proven track record of identifying new opportunities in a changing technical and market landscape.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• A deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.

They are a fully remote business across the USA with flexible working hours, so this role can be located anywhere across the USA.

The salary for this role is circa $170k-$200k + bonus.
