Job summary

Branch is seeking a Senior Product Management Specialist to own integration-focused products and APIs, partnering with engineering to turn strategic goals into actionable requirements.

You will lead a squad, define KPIs, leverage AI tools, mentor teammates, and collaborate across Design, Marketing, Sales and Service to ship high-impact features.

Remote-first culture with HQ in Columbus, OH and offices in MO and IL, offering above-market pay and stock options.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of direct experience managing digital products (Web, Mobile, SaaS).
• Strong API/integrations understanding and dialogue with engineering teams.
• Data-driven decision making and opportunity hunting in product data.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for your area, starting with integrations and API partnerships.
• Break down abstract business goals into actionable technical requirements and manage shifting priorities.
• Define success metrics (KPIs) and use data to prioritize and drive research as an ongoing practice.
• Lead a development team and stakeholders, directing work and earning credibility.
• Manage backlogs, roadmaps, and planning to ensure a steady flow of work.
• Ensure outputs meet quality standards for users and stakeholders.
• Actively participate in process improvement, and help write internal playbooks.
• Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales and Service to build the right things at the right time.
• Mentor peers and continue upskilling through feedback.
