NextGen Federal Systems is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Content to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for ambulatory EHR and practice management products. You will lead discovery, prioritization, experimentation, and KPI-driven growth while partnering with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams.

The role requires deep healthcare IT experience, familiarity with ONC/quality programs, and a track record of delivering multi‑stakeholder health tech solutions, including

Qualificações

• 5+ years in technology/software product management for ambulatory EHR and practice management products.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams across full product lifecycle.
• Experience with ONC Health IT Certification, CMS programs, and value-based care capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for one or more Clinical Content areas from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Define and track product metrics: activation, adoption, expansion, retention, churn, and customer satisfaction.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cross-functional delivery teams.
• Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to a scalable PM function across the company.
