Job summary

NextGen Healthcare seeks a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Content to own the roadmap for ambulatory EHR and practice management domains. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to shape product strategy and deliver a best-in-class end-to-end experience across clinical documentation, scheduling, e-prescribing, and revenue cycle workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, biology, engineering, or related field.
• MBA, MHA or other advanced business degree is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience meeting qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for one or more Clinical Content areas through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to deliver end-to-end product experience.
• Define and track product metrics (activation, adoption, retention, expansion revenue, CSAT) to drive improvement.
• Mentor other PMs and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic plans and PM craft.
