The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the business unit behind the transformation of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE, evolving them into much more than just hotel booking platforms. BTC provides individual business travelers and SMEs with exclusive services that redefine the travel experience, enhancing loyalty, driving growth, and ensuring long-term profitability.
By strengthening the brand-customer relationship and unlocking new opportunities through optimized supplier management, BTC plays a key role in HRS’s DACH market strategy. The unit focuses on disrupting the traditional hotel and workplace supply chain, merging e-commerce with a next-generation business travel experience.
POSITIONAs a (Senior) Product Manager for Engagement & Retention, your mission is to drive user activity, loyalty, and lifetime value across BTC’s digital products - helping position HRS as a leader in the evolving business travel space.
You’ll lead a highly cross-functional team focused on activating, engaging, and retaining users across our platforms (HRS.de, HRS.com, and HOTEL.de), ensuring our products are not just visited, but continuously used and loved.
Operating at the intersection of product, design, engineering, data, CRM, and marketing, you’ll blend creativity with analytics to craft compelling, data-driven experiences that keep users coming back. Your impact will be felt in every stage of the customer journey.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVEThe attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
