Job summary

Walker & Dunlop WDTech seeks an AVP, Senior Product Manager for Agentic Workflows to identify and deliver AI-powered automation across the business. You will prototype, validate, and scale AI workflows in collaboration with engineering, security, legal, procurement, and other teams.

The role requires deep product management experience, strong communication, and travel to field locations. A base salary ranges from $170,000 to $190,000 with a discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in commercial real estate or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with developer tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Python, JSON, YAML, Markdown) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled automation through user engagement.
• Travel regularly to Walker & Dunlop offices and field locations to understand processes.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and maintain a backlog of AI initiatives.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI workflow prototypes using modern AI tools.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and refine workflows based on feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, Legal, Procurement and others to move prototypes to production.
• Define and report on KPIs like adoption, efficiency, quality, and business impact.
• Maintain workflow docs and governance artifacts.
