Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Convergence, our cloud-hosted LMS focused on the Commercial sector. You will own the technical product definition, roadmap, and release quality, translating customer and market needs into precise technical requirements across .NET/C#, JavaScript, and cloud architecture including AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

Five+ years of experience as a product manager in B2B SaaS or technology products.
Knowledge of industrial operations in manufacturing, oil & gas, pulp and paper, and construction.
Ability to understand APIs, data models, cloud architecture, and software testing.
Experience working within an Agile product development process.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Own the technical product definition, roadmap, and release quality for Convergence.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and QA to validate delivered software.
Define API and data-integration requirements with external systems.
Lead administrator dashboard, analytics, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate mobile and web release planning for consistency.
