Job summary

Pearson is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to shape the direction of advanced assessment products. You will own product strategy for authoring, item banking, test assembly and publishing, guiding agile teams with a data-driven backlog and clear priorities.

You will explore AI-enabled workflows while ensuring governance, security and integrity in high-stakes assessments. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into measurable outcomes,

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an individual contributor product manager.
• Strong discovery skills with user interviews and usability sessions.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with engineering and design in iterative delivery models.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy translating customer, market, regulatory and business needs into a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Lead product discovery across authoring and publishing workflows.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, governance-rich products.
• Identify opportunities to leverage generative AI while maintaining assessment integrity and security.
