Job summary

Rafay is seeking experienced Product Managers to define the future of our GPU PaaS and Cloud-Native Automation platform. You will partner with customers, engineering, and partners to shape the roadmap and deliver high-impact features that enable self-service AI and cloud-native apps at scale.

You will articulate customer needs, translate them into strategy, and drive rapid iteration while communicating effectively across teams and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools preferred.
• Strong technical foundation; able to ramp on new tech quickly.
• Skilled at delivering clear technical presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-driven, pragmatic, and able to work independently.
• Growth-oriented and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate customer challenges and advocate for their needs internally.
• Collaborate with third-party partners and vendors to deliver seamless, first-class user experiences for customers.
• Translate customer requirements into product direction and champion the roadmap with engineering.
• Embrace rapid iteration, seek continuous feedback, and drive progress toward Rafay’s vision.
• Lead enablement sessions and create content to promote new features internally and externally.
• Represent Rafay at trade shows and deliver technical talks at conferences and community events.
